Return & Replacement Policy

At Sahulat Kart, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is not up to our standards, we are here to help.

1. 3-Day Replacement Warranty

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a free replacement.

  • Timeline: You must notify us and initiate the replacement request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and manuals that came with it.

2. How to Request a Replacement

To process your request quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via our Sahulat Kart seller portal or WhatsApp/Email with your Order ID.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach a clear photo or a short unboxing video showing the defect or damage. (This helps us speed up the approval process with our courier partners).
  3. Verification: Once our team verifies the defect, we will arrange for the replacement to be sent out.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot offer a replacement if:

  • The request is made after the 3-day window.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair by the customer.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging or missing accessories.
  • The item is a “Change of Mind” return (we only replace defective or wrong items).

4. Processing Time

Once your replacement request is approved, we will dispatch the new unit within 2-4 working days. If the specific item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative of the same value or a full refund.
