How to Use
Setup: Place the green anti-slip base on a flat floor. Kneel on the pads comfortably.
Grip: Hold the handles of the two rollers firmly. Ensure the resistance bands are securely attached.
Forward Roll (Abs): Slowly roll the wheels forward while keeping your core tight. The bands will stretch, creating resistance. Go as far as you can control.
Backward Roll: Use your abdominal muscles to pull the wheels back towards your knees. The tension in the bands will assist the return movement.
Variations:
Chest Expansion: Stand up and hold the handles, pulling them outwards or upwards.
Leg Curls: Hook the handles to your feet (if applicable to variation) or perform lunges while holding the bands for leg resistance.
